By accessing or using CommentRuby ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

CommentRuby is a subscription-based SaaS platform that analyzes YouTube video comments and delivers insight reports to creators via email. The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

To use the Service, you must sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not share your login credentials with third parties.

CommentRuby offers paid subscription plans. All payments are processed by Paddle, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions.

Billing: Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select.
Refunds: Refund requests are handled in accordance with Paddle's refund policy.
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period.

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
Access the Service through automated means (bots, scrapers) without prior written consent.
Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service or its data.

All content, design, code, and branding associated with CommentRuby are the intellectual property of Teromni. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written permission.

Analysis reports generated by the Service are provided for your personal or internal business use only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CommentRuby and its operator Teromni shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

The Service does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any analysis results.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in activity that may harm the Service or other users.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When changes are made, the revised terms will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
